I thought there might be a problem when I pulled up because the parking lot was empty.\u00a0 However, this is the place I picked, and being a little stubborn, I wasn\u2019t interested in looking for another option.<br \/>\nWhen I\u2019m on a bike ride, all I need in a hotel room is a shower and a bed.\u00a0 Bed was okay and the shower appeared to be fine until I pulled the lever to make the water start coming out of the shower head.\u00a0 The flow out of the shower head was slightly more than a fine mist; AND, the rest of the water was still coming out of the tub filler faucet.\u00a0 I tried several times to improve the situation but it was always the same.\u00a0 One more fun thing to contend with, the drain was unable to handle all the water so by the time I was done with my shower (if you could call it that), I was half way up to my knees in dirty water.<br \/>\nThis morning the bike was as I\u2019d left it last night which made everything else okay.\u00a0 The road today was another good one.\u00a0 Leisurely ride (many of you don\u2019t believe that) with lots to see.\u00a0 I\u2019ve been on some of these roads in Georgia before but it\u2019s been many years.\u00a0 Things have changed a lot since then.\u00a0 I\u2019m kicking back and will spend most of the day tomorrow with my nieces.\u00a0 Looks like the weather is going to hold until Friday or Saturday then it\u2019s gonna RAIN.\u00a0 Good thing both those travel days are going to be short.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7\" style=\"width: 760px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lennysride.com\/2013\/whiskeypapa\/here\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Barn.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lennysride.com\/2013\/whiskeypapa\/here\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Barn.jpg?resize=584%2C467\" alt=\"A little rest for me and the scooter, somewhere in Georgia.\" width=\"584\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lennysride.com\/2013\/whiskeypapa\/here\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Barn.jpg?w=750&amp;ssl=1 750w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lennysride.com\/2013\/whiskeypapa\/here\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Barn.jpg?resize=300%2C240&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lennysride.com\/2013\/whiskeypapa\/here\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Barn.jpg?resize=375%2C300&amp;ssl=1 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-7\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A little rest for me and the scooter, somewhere in Georgia.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last night I checked the flea bag hotel off my ride list.
