Ready for anything&#8230;<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Started a little later than normal this morning but that was by design.\u00a0 Had a nice breakfast and visit with Mom &amp; Dad before heading out.\u00a0 First stop was at Circle K to fill up the gas tank and load my new ice chest for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>Last night while watching the Diamond Backs beat the Yankies, I saw a commercial for <a href=\"www.culvers.com\" target=\"_blank\">Culver&#8217;s<\/a> and immediately went to the computer to see where along my route I could get one of their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lennysride.com\/2013\/whiskeypapa\/here\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/culvers-jack-colby-ad.jpg\">Colby Jack Pub Burgers<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 I was in Mesa, standing at the door waiting for them to open at 10:30 for &#8220;second breakfast.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>From there I headed\u00a0 up to Globe and after a couple stops for things that I needed for the camping portion of the trip, I was on the road for Silver City, New Mexico.\u00a0 Much of the ride was &#8220;at altitude&#8221; and my sea level tuned bike is complaining about the lack of air up here.\u00a0 She&#8217;s still getting the job done but you really have to put the spurs to her once in a while.<\/p>\n<p>Camping at the KOA here in Silver City.\u00a0 When I checked in they said it was going to be freezing tonight &amp;
